The entire team at this location was such a pleasure to speak and interact with. The ladies at the front desk were very warm and welcoming. My family and I over slept after a long day of driving the previous day and got down to breakfast at 9:30am to see what we could scavenge. Mrs. Shirley saw us and greeted us so kindly. She said most things were getting put away but she came back with some warm Belgian waffles for us and offered us some more food. We were really thankful for her kindness. My youngest daughter left behind her stuffed Lemur she got as a souvenir from our trip to the Ark encounter. I called the hotel as soon as we realized we didn’t have it and Sabrina the manager found it and made sure to send it back to us. Overall a great experience.

The best hotel in town for sure. :-) The price is affordable and the customer service is absolutely amazing. All of the rooms are so welcoming and cozy, making you feel right at home. Millie, Laura, Audrea and Duma especially went above and beyond to make this stay one of my best ones and I travel quite a bit. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Gainesville or the neighboring area in the future.
